About Me

Why I Write Product Reviews?

Hey everyone, my name is Robert, and as the name suggests, I write reviews on Exercise Equipment. My goal is to provide reviews all-in-one place to enhance the shopping experience and to write the most comprehensive product reviews of exercise equipment on the web.

To read my reviews, look to the right just below the recent comments, and you’ll see the category dropdown with a listing of different types of equipment. Click on the type of equipment you are interested in, and you’ll be able to scroll through all of the reviews of that particular type of equipment. The other way to access the equipment reviews is through the menu at the top of the page.

Each review is in an easy-to-follow format.  I’ll only show you my best picks because who has time to wade through hundreds of products in an industry? My reviews are the perfect combination of analysis and industry data so you can find the right product for you.

I know everyone’s needs are different. I know the features found in my product reviews may not appeal to everyone, and the price tag may be too much for some people to swallow. The good news is, I’ll show you many choices that I have researched and rated as among the best.

You may ask, Why Do You Do It?

Navigating today’s exercise equipment products, whether for home, work, or the backyard, can be challenging. Sure, it would be awesome if you could all fill your cart with the ten best products, take them home, try them out and return the nine you don’t want.

Unfortunately, that’s the stuff of fairy tales. None of us have the time. Most of us don’t have the energy, and very few of us have the money.

That’s where my product reviews come in. I do the research, so you don’t have to. In doing so, I am providing a service that I may receive compensation.

How Do I Work?

My testing methodology looks something like this:

I start by researching the marketplace (i.e., the places you shop). Then I monitor trends, follow industry news, and keep an eye on Exercise Equipment advancements. I pick apart the data I’ve gathered to identify products of note. I base their selections on several factors, including cost, availability, popularity, etc.

When the final list is complete, I reach out to local fitness facilities searching for products available to use. When a product is not available, in some cases, I head to the store and shell out the cash to pick it up just like you would. Unfortunately, I don’t have the resources, not to mention the space available to do this often, so I rely on research to write reviews.

I then begin the meticulous review process, which includes using the products whenever possible, just as you would. However, most times, I am unable to use a product firsthand. Please note that I do not own most of the products reviewed on this site.

I only report reviews based on carefully researched and gathered information online and offline to help you make better shopping decisions. This ensures I’m able to identify and communicate each product’s strengths and weaknesses in a way that makes sense to you.

How Do I Keep the Lights On?

I’m serious about editorial integrity. Once my reviews are complete and published, I pursue various means of developing revenue. Thus, they may include traditional advertising, sponsorships, lead generation, or affiliate relationships.

Therefore, to be clear, these monetization methods in no way affect the price or ratings of the products I review. Period.

I use these various revenue streams not only to support my website, but I’ll continue to expand the number of products I rate and review as my website grows.

First and Foremost

First and foremost, I am an exercise equipment review website – not a news site. I’m all about helping you find a product that enhances your health and fitness. Furthermore, I want to make your complicated buying decisions easier.

If you ever have any specific questions about the product reviews on my website or would like a particular product reviewed, please contact me through my contact me page or comment section.
